The desserts deserve special mention. We tried the apple pie served with vanilla ice cream, and it was outstanding. The pie was beautifully made, and the vanilla ice cream tasted authentic and rich—a perfect combination. What makes Ellipsis Bakery even more special is that it's not just a café but also a bakery and specialty store. Before leaving, you can browse an excellent selection of freshly baked breads, including sourdough, as well as a wide variety of healthy cookies made with ingredients such as millets, almonds, and oats. The Sebastian Cake is a must-try and the custard Bombolini is dangerously good. Cakes, pastries and cookies are all fresh and worth picking up for takeaway. The staff are polite and always happy to help. The only downside is the service coordination. One person takes the order, another asks what you ordered, someone else brings the food and a different person arrives with the bill. By the end you're not sure who your server actually is. 😅 Better coordination would make the experience much smoother.
