Deliure & The Eatrium

Today, we went to Deliure around 8:00 PM and placed our order. The staff told us it would take 40–45 minutes. Despite the long delay, we waited patiently as we are regular customers. While we were sitting inside, a major parking issue was unfolding outside. It was entirely Deliure’s fault because they failed to arrange proper parking management, which caused a lot of trouble for the locals and led to a massive traffic jam. Consequently, people complained to the police. The local police and traffic police arrived at the scene and took two of Deliure's managers to the police station.
When we finally walked outside, we found that our vehicle had been fined. This happened even though we had parked our vehicle exactly where the Deliure staff had instructed us to. When we went back inside to confront the Deliure management about this, they bluntly told us that they were not responsible for the fine, and their behaviour towards us was extremely rude.
They could have easily informed us about the ongoing parking issue with the police while we were waiting inside for our order, and they could have asked us to move our vehicle. However, they chose not to do so, and because of their negligence, we ended up with a fine. Do we really deserve this treatment? We waited so long for our food, and in return, we had to pay a fine! Is this how they respect their regular customers?
Furthermore, this entire parking chaos and heavy order load escalated because Deliure was prioritizing online orders over offline walk-in customers. Their mentality is crystal clear—they only care about making money from online orders, making offline customers wait indefinitely, and leaving them in deep trouble when their vehicles get fined due to the establishment's mismanagement.

The ambiance is cozy with beautifully displayed desserts that instantly catch your eye and make the place feel warm and inviting.

"Desserts are the real heroes here".
The Sebastian Cake is a must-try and the custard Bombolini is dangerously good.
Cakes, pastries and cookies are all fresh and worth picking up for takeaway.
The staff are polite and always happy to help. The only downside is the service coordination. One person takes the order, another asks what you ordered, someone else brings the food and a different person arrives with the bill. By the end you're not sure who your server actually is. 😅 Better coordination would make the experience much smoother.

The French fries were excessively crisp and hard to the point where they became uncomfortable to eat after a few bites. A slightly lighter fry would improve them considerably.

Bottom Line : Come for the desserts, stay for the desserts and probably order more desserts.
The bakery section shines far brighter than the savoury menu.

My go-to place. My friends and I love to visit this place as it is always cosy, the service is excellent, speedy, the taste of everything is high quality, everything I've ever tasted from Deliure is brilliantly perfect and just delightful for the taste buds. The staff is polite and respectful and always quick to help. Efficient. My friend needed to urgently charge her phone and they found a way to accomodate that as well. My favourite things from here are Chicken Ultimate Sandwich, and their Bombolonis, I've tasted all of those so you should take me seriously. The explosion of flavours in your mouth are gonna make you cry violent tears of joy. Not kidding. Maybe I gained a kilo eating from Deliure but it's okay, the nutritional information says Protein and Happiness. Some carbs and fats are alright sometimes, then. May Allah bless them! 💗

Awesome place 👍 I have visited multiple outlets, especially Mahim and Mira Road. For Mumbai central: tried online options for now via Zomato and Swiggy. Pretty decent Discount. Most items across categories are good.

• Chocolate caramel pastry is one of my favorites. It has a rich Dairy Milk taste 🍫
• Chocolate Mousse Delight is excellent.

🍪 Biscuits and snacks
• Nutella and chocolate coated biscuits were good.
• Most snacks I tried were good overall.

🍔 Sandwiches and burgers
• Chicken strip burger was average.
• Chicken sandwich felt a little bland.
• Chicken club sandwich is my all time favorite ❤️ It has plenty of chicken, vegetables, and egg. It feels filling and satisfying.

🥪 Other picks
• Veg Russian sandwich is good.
• Pesto cheesy chicken roll is good.
• Coconut cookies and other cookies were good as well.

Overall, a great place with many tasty options 😋
