We tried the mango tres leches and the mango tart. Tres leches were good and the tart was okay. But the attitude and classim of the staffs made it unbearable. Its our first time in the city and the shop. We asked for recommendations and the guy billing wasn't even interested in telling us anything and was ignoring us. There was 2 other staff in which one lady was being polite and the other one is just straight up classist, rude and discriminatory. The girl placed the two items that were ordered by us in a tray when she called the items, ( not the order no. or something which they don't have) we walked up to her and she was rude to us. Mind you there was only a guy and a group of people with camera over there and she was suddenly calling one of the ladies in the group for picking up the order.Then the guy who was billing told us it's ours since he called for the items after we paid, when we were in the counter to the ladies over there. He told her two times before she told the other lady who was polite to pick our items up from the shelf and went with the tray in her hand to the guy and was taking pictures of the tray with her phone and talking to the guy. And we didn't see the group of people with camera with the similar tray of desserts that we ordered. Maybe we missed them eating that or something and maybe they did
order just before us and their order was severely delayed or something cause it was taking time for us to complete the whole billing process. But order delivery should be kind of fast for all the desserts as they just take them out from the shelf in front. We felt insulted and if we hadn't already paid the bill we would have walked out. This made the atmosphere tense for us and made the entire experience bad.
While the food is generally good, this outlet, this outlet doesn’t open at 8, I’ve been there multiple times at around 10.30 and they have mentioned it stays closed due to cleaning and will open only at 11 am.
But if online orders are placed will be given. How does me coming as a person taking a takeaway/ parcel be any different that I have to wait till 11 while online orders will be given since 9 am?
Outlet has no ambience and staff usually has bad customer service.
A tidy and well kept café in the heart of the Fort area. It is relatively quiet for the location, which makes it a comfortable place to sit rather than just grab and go.
Coffee was acceptable rather than memorable. The cappuccino and Americano did the job without standing out. The pastry selection was uneven. The dark chocolate mousse pastry was well done and rich, the Dutch truffles pastry was ordinary, while the fresh cream pineapple pastry was genuinely good.
One moment felt slightly awkward. At the counter, the cashier suggested he could lower the bill by around Rs 12 by entering a different coffee option into the system, and asked whether I would prefer that. I am sure the intention was to be helpful, but it came across as unnecessary and a little uncomfortable.
Overall, a decent stop for pastries & coffee in Fort.

Their cakes are absolutely delicious—fresh, rich, and full of flavor. Whether it’s a chocolate indulgence or a cupcake, every bite is worth it. The best part? They’re open till midnight, making it a great spot for late-night cravings. Definitely a place worth visiting!
Theobroma has astonished my taste buds, tucked in the alley ways of kala ghoda, the place is brightened with white and pink lights from the interior. A beautiful freshly baked aroma fills your nostrils as you come close to the entrance. The variety of pastries are wonderful with each one looking more yummier then the other. Great sitting area to relax with clean tables and chairs and wonderful staff to help you anytime. A bit pricey but depends on your budget. Must visit!
