Namaste 🙏 I have completed my 900-hours ATTC and Yoga Therapy Course from The Yoga Institute and it has truly brought a deep transformation in my life. The course helped me grow physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually while giving me authentic knowledge and confidence in teaching yoga. Learning Yoga Therapy under Dr. Taruna was an excellent experience. Her teaching was very clear, practical, and inspiring. I feel grateful that I can now use this knowledge to bring positive transformation in others’ lives as well. Sat in silence for 10 days at Dhamma Pattana Vipassana Centre and met a version of myself I had been avoiding for years. No phone, no distractions, no escape. Just breath, sensations, and truth. Here's the thing, it's not peaceful in the way people imagine. It's intense, uncomfortable, and brutally honest. But somewhere in that discomfort, things start to shift. Reactions slow down. Clarity builds. You begin to see patterns instead of getting trapped in them. What this really means is simple: peace isn't something you chase outside. You train your mind to stop creating chaos within. Grateful for the discipline, the silence, and the reset.
A nice place to visit if you want to explore some offbeat places around Mumbai. You can take a train to Borivali station, from there take a bus or auto to Gorai creek jetty, you will get the ferry to Pagoda. Alternatively, you can also reach the Pagoda by road but the road will be longer. I would suggest to go for the ferry route as the journey is short but pleasant. The pagoda premises is huge, clean, serene and you can just roam around there as long as you want. For those who want to spend their weekend a little bit differently, this place is a must go.
