My delivery was somewhat high-risk, yet they handled it expertly; I had a normal delivery instead of a C-section. They also offered a discount on the hospital bill considering my financial situation. Doctors were patient, clear in communication, and always focused on safety. Nursing staff stayed attentive throughout, making sure both mother and baby were comfortable at all times. The delivery process was smooth, well-coordinated, and stress-free. Postnatal guidance was equally strong and helped us feel confident going home. Long Post Alert! Women's Hospital "Room Harmony" has been etched in my memory as it was my home for two and a half months. I had a complicated pregnancy and was advised completed bed rest and was admitted under Dr. Gayatri Rao's guidance who turned my hope into reality. She is the sweetest soul who would brighten my dark days with her encouraging words and smile. On April 2nd, I delivered a premature baby boy after the long tiring journey. I would also like to thank the nurses who had made my stay homely with utmost care and positivity. They were nice to me and somehow became my friends by the time I was leaving. A big shoutout to sisters - Vidya, Hema, Trishala, Smita, Mayuri, Namrata, Alpa, Yashika, Sunita and I might have missed few other names but I am equally grateful to each. Not only the nurses even the maushis were accomodating everytime I had to use the loo as I was on complete bed rest. Last but not the least, I would also love to mention few other doctors who helped me with the littlest difficulty, doubt, concern even during the middle of the night namely Dr. Dipali, Dr. Vijaya, Dr. Shalini, Dr. Surti and Dr. Dolly. Dr. Dipali was very empathetic soul who would keep visiting my room and appreciating and encouraging me to overcome each day in the hospital. Dr. Vijaya would flawlessly put the IV drip's on me with most care and concern avoiding any chances of hurting me. Also, Dr. Manju sinha would keep visiting and advising me to read books for a positivity. Another appreciation I would want to give the phlebotomist who would come for my blood tests and would tell me lovingly that I would be a good mom. I forgot her name but I hope you guys will find out who she is. It was a tumultuous journey for both me and my husband, but the way Dr. Gayatri Rao made my pregnancy possible with her positive smile and golden words is beyond everything. It was a long stay but it became bearable with each and every person mentioned above. Thank you guys, for helping me out during the most fragile yet memorable time of my life. I will always be indebted to this hospital. The only drawback if I may mention are the charges of the hospital as it is located at the posh side of bandra khar. But, for middle class people like us the charges were indeed challenging.

Huge thanks to Dr. Kavitha whose accurate scan insights allowed us to take timely, specialized care. ​Lastly, we are immensely grateful to the finance team, specifically Mohana Priya mam and Nithish. They stayed by our side from afternoon until 8 PM on our discharge day, making the insurance process completely seamless. Mohana Priya was amazing, showing us so much trust and perfectly explaining our baby’s vaccination plan. Truly an awesome experience from start to finish! Our overall experience was exceptional, and we are grateful to have chosen Cloudnine.

Despite her working hours having ended, she took the time to understand my situation and the long distance I had traveled. She went above and beyond her responsibilities by accepting and processing my pre-approval claim form, ensuring that there was no delay in the process.
