I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Kalpita Ma'am for her outstanding support and kindness. Despite her working hours having ended, she took the time to understand my situation and the long distance I had traveled. She went above and beyond her responsibilities by accepting and processing my pre-approval claim form, ensuring that there was no delay in the process.

There are some people in life whom you can never thank enough, and for us, Dr. Nand Kishor Kabra and the entire NICU team at Surya Hospital will always be among them.

As parents of an extremely premature baby born at just 28 weeks and weighing barely 1 kg, we entered the NICU with fear, uncertainty, and shattered hearts. Those days were the most emotionally difficult days of our lives. But from the very beginning, Dr. Kabra gave us something priceless — hope.

His calmness, knowledge, confidence, and years of expertise in neonatology made us feel that our tiny baby was in the safest hands possible. Every decision was explained with patience, every setback was handled with immense care, and every tiny milestone was celebrated with us. What truly sets Dr. Kabra apart is not just his brilliance as a neonatologist, but the compassion and humanity with which he treats both babies and parents.

Today, seeing our little Ashriel growing, smiling, vocalizing, and filling our home with life feels nothing short of a miracle, and we know a huge part of that miracle belongs to Dr. Kabra and the wonderful NICU team at Surya Hospital.

We had a very trustworthy and good experience at Surya Hospital. My wife encountered a need to get a critical surgery when we visited a gynaecologist. The surgeon was very renowned and was empanelled with Surya hospital which was covered under our insurance policy. Thus, we went for Surya hospital without any prior experience or knowledge about the hospital. The medical serice and care taking of the patient was top notch. We had no room or reason to complain about. The hospital submitted a surgery quote and stood by it it the end without any revisions, which our insurer did eventually approved of. We highly recommend this hospital.

The hospital is located on the main road, which makes it easy to find. However, parking is a challenge as there is limited space available for both 2-wheelers and 4-wheelers.

The hospital premises are clean and well-maintained. The doctor I consulted was good and professional. One thing I really liked was their appointment system—they call beforehand to confirm whether you’ll be coming, which helps in better management.

The lift is quite small and can accommodate only around 4 people at a time, so during rush hours, there might be a wait. The hospital does get crowded, but overall, it is managed quite efficiently.

Overall, it was a decent experience, and one can consider visiting here for consultation.

Our baby was under the care of Dr. Nandkishor S. Kabra, and we cannot thank him enough. He is not only highly knowledgeable but also extremely compassionate with parents. He patiently explained every step of the treatment and ensured the best possible care for our newborn. His experience in neonatology and calm decision-making gave us immense confidence during a difficult time. Very down to earth person. We travelled long distance for him & realised it was really worth. We are deeply grateful for his dedication and care. 🙏
