Lastly, we are immensely grateful to the finance team, specifically Mohana Priya mam and Nithish. They stayed by our side from afternoon until 8 PM on our discharge day, making the insurance process completely seamless. Mohana Priya was amazing, showing us so much trust and perfectly explaining our baby’s vaccination plan. Truly an awesome experience from start to finish!

We had a wonderful experience at Cloudnine Hospital during the birth of our baby boy on 13th March. The entire journey from admission to discharge was handled with great care, professionalism, and compassion.
A special thanks to Dr. Pavithra for successfully performing the operation and ensuring both mother and baby were safe. We are truly grateful for her expertise and calm guidance during such an important moment for our family.
We would also like to sincerely appreciate the amazing nursing team Sangeetha, Suganya, Archana, Vinitha, Kowsalya, Ranjani, Aarthi, Suman, Kavitha, and Jayachitra. They took wonderful care of our baby and patiently guided us with many helpful tips and tricks for newborn care, which was very reassuring for us as new parents.
Our heartfelt thanks to the housekeeping staff – Mahalakshmi, Lurthumary, Bhavani, Parvati, and Rekha for keeping our room neat, clean, and hygienic throughout our stay.
Also, a big thanks to Sudhakaran and Dilip for ensuring food was delivered on time and taking good care of us.
