My family of 3 had an appointment at 11 am, this morning. Absolutely flawless work done by the staff, right from the time they let you into the concourse. Kajal Rathod attended to me, she was soft and polite. 2 other male government officers also greeted the applicants well. All my questions were met with warm responses. Moreover, the availability of so many counters, made it a seamless process.We were out, in less than an hour. Good job, TCS.

They helped me at every stage of the renewal process from start to end- all I had to do was visit their office for 15 mins. They handed me a complete set of all the documents that I’d ever need at every stage of the renewal process and I didn’t have to worry about anything at all. From passport appointment to police verification, they handled it all and guided me through each step- which would’ve been very difficult otherwise.

Recently availed the services of Jai Shree Krishna Passport services for reissue of my Passport under Tatkal Scheme. Raj was very prompt in his approach & scheduled my appointment with Thane Passport office with the nearest available date. I approached Raj on 20 May & my passport appointment was Scheduled for 25 May Monday at 16.15 hrs. But being in urgency I went to passport office on Friday & requested for my passport process to be done on Friday only. They refused but somehow allowed me to come on Monday morning instead of Monday Evening. The role of passport service agent is upto the getting the appointment & guiding one for the exact documents for the same. Raj was very prompt & replied with all my queries throughout the process. I surely recommend Raj for availing Passport Services.
