Amazing experience!
I visited the passport office on my two-wheeler and found parking easily available outside, which was a big plus.
The entire process was smooth and well-organized. There was proper guidance at every step, and the staff were supportive throughout. The workflow between counters was very efficient — no unnecessary delays or timepass.
My reporting time was 12:15 PM, and I was completely done by 1:00 PM. Covering more than 4 counters in just 45 minutes is seriously impressive.
Overall, a very fast and hassle-free experience. Thank you to the entire team for maintaining such efficiency!
Very efficient staff and a smooth overall process. The entire experience was well managed without unnecessary delays or hindrances. Staff members were polite, supportive, and professional throughout. The office infrastructure and service quality were excellent. One of the best PSK experiences.
The service is great and quite efficient. Horrible washrooms, the 1st floor canteen washrooms are well maintained and cleaner that Passport office washrooms honestly. And this was during the early morning period, can't even imagine how dreadful they must be during later time of the day.
Anyone, coming by car, you can find parralel parking either side of the road if you are lucky and early. But before mindful of the dates (can be easily found on the boards), especially near the passport office it has date structure. Also, don't fall prey to unofficial scamming people who asks for payment for parking.

Excellent Experience at Passport Seva Kendra
I had a very smooth and pleasant experience at the Passport Seva Kendra. The entire process was extremely well-organized and surprisingly quick. From document verification to biometrics, everything moved systematically without unnecessary waiting.
The sitting arrangement was comfortable and well-planned, with clear instructions displayed everywhere, making it easy even for first-time applicants to understand the process. The staff was polite, helpful, and professional at every counter, which really reduced stress and confusion.
What impressed me the most was the speed and efficiency of the process. Despite the crowd, everything was handled in a calm and disciplined manner. Overall, it was a super quick, transparent, and hassle-free experience. Truly commendable service and management.

I recently applied for a Tatkal passport and had a great experience at PSK II Thane. This was the first time I witnessed such a fast and smooth government service process. My entire verification was completed within just 15–20 minutes.
The staff was extremely helpful and polite. The office was also very clean, well-maintained, and organized. Overall, I’m very impressed with the efficiency and professionalism here.
Suggestions for applicants:
Carry a printout of your application.
Keep self-attested copies of all documents along with the originals.
Fetch your Aadhaar and PAN through DigiLocker.
Carry the Tatkal undertaking form.
For reference, I carried: Aadhaar, PAN, Voter ID, and Birth Certificate.
Highly recommended for anyone applying for a passport at Thane!
