Very good and dedicated service by the team, special thanks to Gayathri mam for her guidance and follow up throughout passport process.
I had a terrible experience with Smotpro for my passport work. They took a significant amount of money but did not deliver any result, and I finally had to hire another agent to get my work done.
Throughout the process, I was the one constantly chasing them for updates. The “updates” they shared were nothing more than the same information available on the official passport status link, so there was absolutely no value in their service.
My operations manager was Sravani, and dealing with her was extremely frustrating. Half of my time went into trying to understand what she was saying or writing on chats, and there was no clear, helpful communication at any point.
They come across as completely unprofessional, with no visible connections or capability to actually move the process forward. In my opinion, they just take money and leave you to keep following up without giving any real help.
Based on this experience, I would strongly advise people to save their money and avoid Smotpro for any services. I will never recommend them to anyone.
I used the services of SmotPro for passport renewal. Srawni did a good job of assisting me with it.
However I would like to give a feedback for the senior management to be more proactive as a lot of calls were unanswered. As a customer I wouldn’t know and cannot assume what falls under whose scope of work.
