I have taken services for new passport of my mother as I don’t have time to give her company at passport office. They have assured me for all possible assistance at various stages of passport. They have taken 3000 rupees for service (including passport fees) but they just did online appointment, no assistance at passport office. My mother went there and produced all the documents which they told to produce. But passport officer refused to accept due to lack of documentation. If you don’t have on site assistance you should have not promised me. What are you taking 1500 extra. If I wanted to take online appointment I my self is capable of that. I request all customers Don’t go with them If you want to trouble like me
