I take a great care for my valuables and the safety approach they took stands out than others . And they deliver at in a great speed
I used this company to move my things to Haryana.
Why did I choose this company:
1. Comparatively lower price (around 5k) to other movers.
2. Quick response from the team. From the first call to the first visit was in a matter of hours.
That's where the good part ends.
Cons:
1. Execution was bad. I was told the things would reach my place in 4 days but it actually took 10 days.
2. Most of the products had dents and scratches. My TV screen we was completely smashed. (Serves me right for choosing a cheep service provider.)
3. 5 days after picking up my things, I was asked to pay 1000 more. I had to pay. They were handling and shifting my things.
4. I send them a pic of my shattered TV screen and there was no response from their side. No apology of any kind. Radio silence.
If you are planning to shift and need packers and movers, there a few professional companies. They may charge you a little bit more but at the end it would be all would worth it.

I had a really smooth and stress-free experience with Packers and Movers Mumbai. From the very beginning, their team was professional and transparent. They visited my home for a survey, explained the entire shifting process clearly, and gave me a fair quotation without any hidden charges.
On the shifting day, the staff arrived on time, well-prepared with quality packing material. They packed every item very carefully, especially fragile items, electronics, and furniture. I was impressed by the way they labeled all the boxes, which made unpacking much easier later.
The loading and unloading were handled with great care, and the transport was timely. All my belongings reached safely without a single scratch or damage. Their coordination and teamwork really stood out, and throughout the process, the supervisor kept me updated, which gave me complete peace of mind.
Another thing I appreciated was their polite behavior and willingness to adjust according to my small requests. Even after delivery, they helped me in unpacking and setting up some of the items, which I didn’t expect but really appreciated.
Overall, I can say Packers and Movers Mumbai are reliable, professional, and trustworthy. If you are planning to relocate within Mumbai or to another city, I would strongly recommend their services. They truly made my shifting experience easy and hassle-free.
