I recently completed my 6 weeks course. As a teenage 16yrs ,I have never baked anything before.Joining this course was one of the best decisions I made. Chef Mahesh and his team were always supportive, motivating, and guided us at every step with patience and encouragement. I learned many new baking and pastry techniques, tried a variety of recipes, worked on several buffet setups, and gained valuable hands-on experience. The classes were not only educational but also fun and engaging. Most importantly, I built confidence in my skills, made wonderful memories, and enjoyed every moment of this journey. We had a wonderful experience at Jyoti's frosting class! She was incredibly warm, welcoming, and accommodating of all our requests for the private class, which made the entire experience so enjoyable. What I loved most was that while the class was fun and engaging, we also learned a lot of valuable techniques and tips.
