The course is spot on. The instructor is focused on helping the learners achieve their full potential and grow into better bakers. The course provides hands on experience and extensive information about the baking process, the products, managing a business and the do's and don'ts. It was an amazing learning experience and definitely worth it. Learners feel more confident in their skills with the hands on experience and the information provided also helps in improving baking skills. All the learners bonded well with the instructor as well as with each other. The instructor is very accommodating and understanding. I recently attended the 7 day diploma class in shefali's creative cakes & culinary classes. It was a fantastic baking experience. Class was very organized, learned many things about baking n decoration from this session. The training was hands-on confidence to do your own.
