Recently attended a sushi and tiramisu making workshop and the experience was amazing. The chefs were very friendly and encouraging. Ended up having the best tiramisu ive ever had! Would recommend this to everyone!!
My three-month intensive course at Academy of Pastry & Culinary Arts was an incredibly enriching and hands-on learning experience. The program helped me strengthen my foundation in pastry and bakery while also introducing me to modern techniques and professional kitchen practices. The chefs and mentors were knowledgeable, supportive, and pushed us to constantly improve our precision, creativity, and discipline. It was a fast-paced yet rewarding journey that gave me both confidence and valuable industry exposure.
My experience at APCA was truly amazing. I got the opportunity to learn a lot of new things, improve my skills, and gain valuable hands-on experience. The environment was very professional and supportive, and the guidance from the chefs and staff helped me grow both personally and professionally. It was a great learning journey, and I’m grateful for the experience.
I recently attended a pasta and dessert-making workshop at APCA Mumbai, and it was one of the best learning experiences ever! 👩🏻🍳
The chefs were incredibly skilled yet so friendly — they made everything simple and easy to understand. We prepared a Mushroom Risotto and a gourmet dessert, and honestly, the results were just like a professional chef’s creation.
What I loved most was that APCA doesn’t just teach recipes, it focuses on real techniques, hands-on learning, and working in a professional kitchen environment.
The academy is super well-organized, uses top-quality ingredients, and the vibe is full of passion and creativity. Highly recommend APCA to anyone who wants to turn their food passion into skill! 💯
