We recently got cataract surgery done for both of my mother’s eyes under the care of Dr. Prathamesh, and our experience has been excellent from start to finish. What stood out the most was the personal attention provided by Dr. Prathamesh himself. He conducted all the pre-surgery consultations, diagnostic tests, and eye examinations personally, taking the time to explain every aspect of the procedure, the expected outcomes, and the available lens options. We were guided through the differences between Indian and international lenses, along with the associated costs, enabling us to make an informed decision. My mother was made to feel extremely comfortable throughout the entire process. During the first surgery (left eye), Dr. Prathamesh was reassuring, patient, and caring, which greatly reduced her anxiety. The surgery went smoothly, and the post-operative care was equally impressive. Follow-up appointments were scheduled promptly, and every stage of recovery was explained clearly. The clinic staff and assistants deserve special mention as well. They are warm, courteous, well-spoken, and always willing to help, making the overall experience very pleasant. Given the excellent results from the first surgery, we proceeded with the cataract surgery for her right eye just two weeks later. The outcome has been fantastic, and my mother is extremely happy with her vision and recovery. After researching several options, I can confidently say that choosing Dr. Prathamesh was absolutely the right decision. Not only did we receive highly personalized care and attention, but the treatment was also very economical compared to many other places we evaluated, without any compromise on quality. We were referred to Dr Vinay Agarwal by our trusted doctor. In our 1st visit only, Dr Vinay told the issue we had with our lens and procedures it will take to fix. Infact doctor also told us the side effects it will have after removing of lens. After surgery I had high eye pressure and doctor and his assistant came at 2 am in morning to address the issue. Today I m still in recovery mode but it will not stop me to thanks Dr Agarwal and all his staff for taking my care. Thank you clear vision.
