Dr. Anuradha Rao is a very warm, gentle, sweet and a very loving person. She has this amazing quality to make the patient feel safe and secure.
This is one department the Ophthalmic department under dr. Anuradha that is run so well , every staff including the reception are so empathetic and caring foe patients all other departments need to take a leaf out of her book please on customer service and being professional
Dr Anuradha Rao is a superb Doctor…. Very happy to choose her.. absolutely right decision… she is very hard working, focus, nice human being.. and not at all greedy… she guide for lence properly… the hospital is very neat and tidy… very hygienic… I always have good experiences in this hospital… very well organised hospital and managed is also very good .. Dr anuradha rao is an excellent ophthalmologist and a very nice person .She has an efficient and hardworking team who are ever ready to help. I had a very good experience during my cataract surgery and so did my husband. I would recommend dr Rao to be your 1st choice for any ophthalmology related matters
I had deep eyelid cut that my blood was not stopping. I alone went to Doctor Anuradha Mam. She immediately took me in and seen me. She said I need to do surgery for it. It was not her OT day, then also She did all needful calls to see where I can get adjusted in other Doctors OT day. She waited long for me, even after her work timings to do surgery. She asked me to call any stand-by to take care of Me after Surgery to whom She can talk post surgery. She waited for My sister also to come. She visited Me in Day care to make me assure that she will be doing Surgery that day itself. And she will stay back for it to do. She comforted Me so Much in OT also. I was not at all tensed, her presence and talk is Magic. She is so much full of love and warmthness. She is deeply passionate about her Work. She made sure that after Surgery the discharge summary and prescription has been understood by patient's family and Patient. She made me understand the post surgery precautions till I understood. Whoever had seen me post Surgery, they all specially said me let Doctor know We can't make out what has happened to You, Doctor's work is so clean. Here she didn't stopped, when I went to remove stiches, I didn't realised when She removed thread also. Her hand is so Magic. She comfort very much by her love and warmthness. She herself is a true healer that her presence itself is healing and doing Magic. She is very compassionate about her work. Her Patients are really blessed as I am. Thank You So Much Mam.
