Pathetic Service!!! Let me jot down the points.
1- Upon booking we were told DJ music will be played from 1200-1000 but to our surprise there wasn’t DJ at all and 2 common speaker was given to 3 groups.
2- Shockingly at 5pm we saw around 15 kids who has come to learn swimming in the same pool. Upon asking the Manager Gautam had no clue and asked to speak to his senior Nirmal.. And the senior Guy Nirmal says its common. Have been to many places and haven’t seen such swimming classes going on in a resort swimming pool.
4- Only filter or rain dance only 1 equip they can run at a time, Again a shock to us.
3- Rooms are very small and our room Ac was very slow to cool down. Although to change room option was given but we did not opt.
So who ever is planning to visit this resort be prepared to all this last min surprises.
Not visiting this resort any time in this life..

Starwood Resort Uttan offers a peaceful and well-maintained environment, perfect for a relaxing getaway.
The rooms are clean, spacious, and very comfortable, while the staff are polite and supportive throughout the stay.
The food quality is excellent with good variety, and the overall service is well-managed and prompt
Overall a good place. I had my bachelor's party here. The best thing we the food.
It took a bit time for them to serve but it was tasty.
Pool is mediocre and the DJ plays cool songs for the person who is still stuck in 2000's bollywood

We were team of 4 and the room had bedding of three. The extra mat they provide is not that comfy unless u do some extra work on it by adding extra cushions n bedsheets.
However all those negatives r wiped clean with the food. All meals served during the stay was amazing and i believe it's the best of all resort in that entire area.
Had an amazing time at Starwoods Resort! The DJ was fantastic, playing great songs that made the whole vibe lively and fun. The sound experience was top-notch. The food was delicious, and the stay was comfortable with access to a nice pool. Rooms are nice and clean. Services are good and staff is friendly. Specially caretaker karan sharma, he was very nice and very friendly or vibe matching person. Overall, a great experience — perfect for a relaxing and enjoyable. Highly recommend!
