My personal experience is the place is good for night out, food and external ambience over all is all set for your satisfaction in terms of experience. Being on a elevated position the scenery is superb specially at night.
Hospitality & Service by staff is quick and pleasant.
Must try Chinese cuisine here apart from your package meals.

The new management are very helpful and accomodating. Junaid and Ryan were especially very welcoming. The room was decent given the price tag. The food was good. The swimming pool depth is not much but the ambience of the place is nice and peaceful.

Pathetic and unhygienic place.
Hotel Room: The rooms were stinking, the AC was not working properly, and the room was poorly maintained. There was no toilet paper in the washroom, and when we asked for it, we were told that they do not provide toilet paper or even tissues.
Food: The food was not good at all.
There is a garbage dumping area nearby, and the entire property smells very bad. Garbage vans keep passing continuously, which makes the situation worse.
I have visited this place multiple times earlier, and it used to be one of the go-to places for my friend group. Based on that experience, I suggested this place to my office colleagues. We were a group of more than 15 people, but this time everything was extremely disappointing.
If you are charging money, please improve your service.
This visit completely spoiled our day.
