Dear Cigad owner, I have been coming to your hotel continuously for the last 14 years but have never had this bad experience. The swimming pool is very dangerous, there is no water filter, the filter machine is closed for 2-3 years, please do not go to the swimming pool at all because the reception is Silverius Dimllo and Oniel D'Souza, I told the truth to both the persons in a different style and they shared it with me, both of them said that chlorine bleaching comes in your mouth, there are no facilities in this Cigad hotel, money is wasted, everyone sends Snapchat pictures and videos on WhatsApp in manager details so that they look good, after coming here it seems that it is a very bad hotel, there is no toilet cleaning there is no room cleaning, night food, according to the prices you will get 3rd class, there is nothing complimentary, there is no fridge in the room, you cannot cool the beer on the fridge, drinks are not allowed outside at night At 8:00-9:00 the gate closes and the lights go off. After that it is very scary, it feels like a haunted bungalow.

I am regretting booking this CIGAD hotel and Resort. This place dsnt have DJ , no playing area , pool timings till 7. TV not working. No phones in the room. You gotta call for any assistance from ur phone.... Poor WIFI connection. Food is damn costly and no taste.
Good for group picnic. Hotel Service is also good. Hotel staffs, Mr. Mohit and his team is well mannered. 2 to 3 Minutes away from beach. If u r planning outing for 2 to 3 days then Hotel Cigad is good option. Located on top of hill so it's a remote location but very peaceful location. You can plan for group.
My family and I stayed for 4 days, 3 nights in October 2025. It was an amazing experience with the hotel sitting on a hilltop, overlooking a beach. The environment around is peaceful and serene. The food was excellent. A special mention to the East Indian aunty who cooked scrumptious meals, especially the seafood dishes were fresh, delicious and impeccably made. The staff was polite and helpful, especially Mohite who made sure our stay was flawless and did everything to make us feel comfortable.
