Had a wonderful stay at Trident Bandra and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. The hotel has a luxurious yet peaceful vibe with beautifully designed interiors, elegant spaces, and a grand lobby that immediately creates a premium feel.
The rooms were spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable with large windows offering a relaxing atmosphere. The bathroom layout was modern and thoughtfully designed, adding to the overall experience. Housekeeping and service were excellent, and the staff was warm, courteous, and always ready to help.
Everything felt well-maintained and attention to detail was visible throughout the property. A perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and hospitality. Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays in Mumbai! 🌟🏨✨
Excellent location with clean and well-maintained rooms. The staff is very cooperative and courteous. The food is fantastic, and the service overall is very good.
Breakfast is elaborate with plenty of healthy options, though there can be a short wait for a table during peak hours. I stay at this hotel almost every month for business, and the consistency in service is commendable.
A special mention to the Senior Manager, Mr. Shubham, for his cooperative and professional approach.
Excellent stay in this hotel: the service of all the staff is top notch in terms of courtesy, professionalism and respect of the guest. Unfortunately I can’t remember the names of all the staff that I want to acknowledge (reception, cleaning and all day dining area) here but I remember Abhishek in the all day dining restaurant at the ground level and his female supervisor are really great assets at building rapport. I loved the lunch food options (nourishing and taste is excellent) breakfast continental options are limited though so maybe this is sth the management could work on or develop. Other than that the room is spacious and clean and organized, the amenities are great. Thank you, great value for money.
Ended up having a long stay (22 nights) here for unexpected reasons.
Pros
- Service is solid and all staff are friendly and kind
- Breakfast buffet is excellent. They seemed understaffed over the holiday period but tried their best
- Gym is well equipped & nice to look on to greenery
Cons
- Hotel is dated & rooms feel stale. Can’t open windows
- Mosquitoes everywhere (appreciate that the staff keep working on these)
- Food in the hotel restaurants is crazy overpriced. Recommend restaurants nearby rather than eating here.
- Would be good to have another communal space that is not 022 (restaurant)
- No concessions for long stay
I think there are better value hotels around for next stay
When you see one of the managers pickup plates and help with cleaning the tables for a quick turn around during heavy breakfast hours, it shows the culture and the passion you have towards customer service.
Stayed here with family and could have not asked for a better and a more comfortable stay. Perfectly located hotel with easy connectivity to either side of Mumbai.
Even though it was heavily crowded and busy the check in was smooth and all the way from check-in to check-out we were made feel special and well looked after. It’s the staff which makes the difference and especially when you have smiling faces all around to look after it makes a huge impact.
We were lucky to get an upgrade (could not have asked for more!), the rooms are spacious and super comfortable (have everything that you need). Great view from the room. Rooms service was perfect and what topped it all was the way our special request was taken care of (Christmas decoration) by Deepa and her team….it was perfectly done.thank you! Also special mention to the entire house keeping team, they really do an amazing job with the daily cleanup and keeping the rooms so neat and clean.
Breakfast spread is great and has a range of options available for your choice and taste, we really enjoyed our first meal of the day which have a perfect start to our day. Special mention to the extended arrangement the hotel had done to take care of the rush and ensure guest do not have to wait for long.
This by far has become one of my favourite hotels not just in Mumbai but overall as well and while i am surely coming back, I would strongly suggest anyone looking around this area to pickup trident.
As I mentioned…you guys really know it all to take care of the people (read guest) thank you and keep up the great job!
One suggestion- it would be good if you can notify your guest about major events around the hotel esp the early morning ones on the weekend. There was a marathon on Sunday morning and I was woken up to some loud music and drums early morning. Also some events might be of interest for guest to attend, hence would help with that too.
