STAFF are very polite , helpful and willingly provide detailed information. Service is also very prompt. They have a wide range of Eyewear suitable for all age groups . Mehul is extremely cordial and give proper advice which makes the customer very comfortable. I have found Essilor products to be good.

This is the best opticals in the city. I have been going here since ages. And the collection for spectacles and sun glasses is awesome. The quality and durability is next level.
They have a wide variety of contact lenses also. And an in house set up to get the eye check up done. Amish is the best person to get in touch. I have moved out of Mumbai but till now he handles my orders for me and makes sure the right product is delivered to me.

Good people -Bad Experience – Not Recommended

I visited Prettyvision in February 2025 for an in-house eye check-up. They prescribed me different powers for each eye – one spherical and the other cylindrical – and I got spectacles made there itself for around ₹2000.

Soon after, I started experiencing severe headaches and found the glasses extremely uncomfortable, so I stopped using them.

Recently in December 2025, I consulted a qualified eye specialist, and to my surprise, the correct prescription turned out to be +1.00 spherical for both eyes.

I went back to Prettyvision to get my lenses replaced in the same frame, specifically asking for simple reading glasses. However, I was strongly persuaded to buy progressive lenses costing ₹3600. These lenses were practically unusable for continuous laptop reading – one simply cannot keep tilting the head backward for hours.

When I tried to return them, they refused to give any refund. They on their own fitted reading lenses into my frame ( with so called free of cost). They are good people but I didn't get justice. In total, I ended up spending around ₹5600 just to get a basic near-vision spectacle.

Today, I ordered blue-cut, glare-free plain glasses online for only ₹400. I could have easily got my correct +1.00 spherical glasses with frame for under ₹600.

I have effectively lost around ₹5000 at Prettyvision.

Strongly suggest going for a proper eye specialist and ordering online instead.
