My experience at this resort was not good at all. I cannot recommend this hotel for a family who has good weekend plans. Because they will ruin that plan confidently.
The rooms were okay. The bathroom could have been more clean and the towels looked dirty. Even the blankets were not very goods
Amazing stay and excellent value for money! The food was absolutely delicious and the rooms were spotless. The connecting rooms were a huge plus for our family and made the stay very comfortable. The swimming pool is on the smaller side, but it’s well-maintained and perfectly fine for a relaxing dip.
The resort is just a short walk (around 280 meters) from the main road. While this might be slightly inconvenient for guests with senior citizens due to traffic restrictions, everything else more than made up for it. Overall, a fantastic experience and highly recommended
The resort is a little bit inside. The room was not tidy or clean; the bed was messy, and the bathroom was smelly. The service was good, and the onsite receptionist responded properly. The food was good. If you want, you can go with your friends, but not with your family because it's not hygienic.
We visited Palm Spring Resort as two couples, and our experience was excellent. The rooms were very clean, the food was delicious, and the staff was extremely kind and helpful.
A special mention goes to Vikas, who provided outstanding service throughout our stay.
Overall, everything was great, and we truly enjoyed our time at the resort. We highly recommend others to visit Palm Spring Resort for a comfortable and pleasant stay.
