Very professional and caring staff. Neat and clean clinic. Overall smooth process with them. At every step of donation they would give some useful tips to follow. After donating blood they gave me light snacks, a Certificate and Donor's card. This card can be used by me and my family in future unforeseen circumstances ( valid upto 1 year).
Thanks to the entire team.

Visited blood bank for B+ plasma requirement for Covid patient. They extra charged for ICE pack however no invoice has been provided for same.
Also no digital payment facility available in bloodbank. They accept only cash. Bloodbank should enroll digital payment system. Staff is good and cooperative.
