I joined LEL Fitness a few months ago, and the experience has been absolutely life-changing. I’ve lost around 17–18 kg so far, and I genuinely couldn’t have done it without the amazing support and guidance here.
The environment is very motivating, the equipment is well maintained, and the overall atmosphere makes you want to push yourself every day. A special thanks to my coach for the constant encouragement, personalized workout plans, and diet guidance. The way they focus on correct form, discipline, and consistency really made a huge difference in my results.

A journey that changed my body, mind, and confidence
This journey started very casually. During a random conversation, a friend mentioned joining group sessions at LEL Fitness, and we decided to give it a try—just for fun, to stay active, work on our physical and mental health, and spend some quality time together.
On 16th September 2024, I spoke to Pallavi, inquired about the centre, and officially started my journey with LEL. Initially, it felt fun and chill, but very soon I realised that it demanded something much deeper—consistency, discipline, and commitment, both physically and mentally.
During the group sessions, I suffered a minor back injury. That incident became my first real wake-up call. It made me realise that fitness isn’t just about being active—it’s about specific training, correct mobility work, strength building, and understanding your body’s needs. That’s when I decided to take a step further and sign up for personal training, and after a few months, I began training under Raj.
I started this phase with a lot of self-doubt, low confidence, and constant questioning of whether I could actually achieve what I wanted. During this period, I ran a half marathon with a back injury and ankle instability. My timing wasn’t great, and I was in pain and discomfort—but what stood out was the unwavering support from my coach. Raj kept telling me, “Next year, you’ll do much better. You’ll beat your previous performances.” He believed in me even when I struggled to believe in myself.
And today—18th January 2026—I completed the Tata Mumbai Marathon (21 km) with a personal best time of 2 hours 29 minutes, exceeding even what my coach had confidently envisioned for me.
This journey taught me one powerful thing: it takes just one decision to prioritise your health—physical and mental. LEL Fitness is not just a gym; it’s a space filled with positivity, energy, and motivation. The environment, the approach, and the people here are truly different. Every coach brings intent, precision, and care. It’s not generic fitness—it’s thoughtful, personalised training that considers every small detail of your physical and mental well-being.
While Raj has been my personal coach, I’m deeply grateful to Laxya, Pallavi, and the entire LEL team. After one year and four months, I stand stronger, healthier, more confident, and far more positive—both mentally and physically.
And this isn’t the end. I’m already setting new goals—because the people at LEL make you believe that you can always aim higher.

It’s a complete fitness center that redefines your relationship with health.It doesn’t just focus on helping you lose weight but shifts your perspective on what a truly healthy body means by delivering the right knowledge and making you more aware of your body, habits, and lifestyle.
To be honest, I wasn’t particularly impressed when I first joined as I wasn’t able to see any difference. But as the days progressed and I started understanding the science behind their approach, I began seeing the changes, not just physically but mentally too.
That’s when I realized the difference.
They don’t just focus on physical fitness but emphasize on mental well-being, agility, mobility, flexibility, and overall functionality ,things that help you in your daily life, even when you’re not working out. One thing my trainer Mr Raj always says: “Fitness isn’t just physical. It’s a lot of mental too.”
Some days, when my trainer notices I’m too tired or mentally off, he includes a few minutes of meditation at the end of the session, and sometimes even journaling. These small gestures make a big difference and show how deeply they care & understand their clients.
Cleanliness? Spot on. The place is always clean and well maintained.
Warmth? Absolutely. The moment you step in, there’s a burst of positive energy. Every trainer greets you with a smile and genuine warmth.
Vibe? Fantastic. It’s a happy place for my mind, body, and soul.

From time to time, they organize treks, cricket matches, and badminton games both in and outside the center. These activities add a lot more value
& strengthen community, boost motivation, and remind you that fitness can be fun and social too.
