My name is Monika Gupta, and I was suffering from a skin condition called urticaria. Based on Google reviews, I decided to visit Jiva Ayurveda, where I consulted Dr.Kshirsagar. After carefully evaluating my condition, he recommended two Panchakarma treatments for me: Virechana and Basti. Both treatments were conducted smoothly and professionally. I would especially like to appreciate therapist Pooja Ghube, who was extremely helpful and supportive throughout my treatment. I have a young daughter whom I had to bring along during my visits, and Pooja took great care of her with kindness and affection while also ensuring that my treatment was carried out properly. The entire staff at Jiva Ayurveda was courteous, caring, and supportive. Everyone treated my daughter with warmth and made me feel comfortable throughout the treatment process. At present, I have experienced significant relief from my symptoms. However, I will consider the treatment completely successful if the condition does not recur in the long term. Nevertheless, my experience so far has been very positive. I would recommend others to consider Ayurveda, as it is an ancient and holistic system of healing. I went as a walk in after checking google for a nearby Ayurved clinic. Had a good experience with Dr Prajakta, she explained the therapy after a thorough diagnosis. Anjali is an excellent experienced therapist, explains the process and benefits very well. Is gentle and firm with her massage technique. Very attentive staff with their prompt reminders and scheduling. Overall a good experience for a first timer.
