Hi, I am Shweta Tawde. I have been taking treatment for my left knee pain for the past one month. On my first day, the pain was very severe—I couldn’t even move my foot up and down, and my leg was badly swollen.
After continuing the treatment regularly for a month, my pain has reduced by around 50%, which has been a big relief. My therapist, Mrs. Seema Ahir, provided excellent massage therapy that felt very relaxing and helpful.
Dr. Sakshi and Dr. Swati have been very supportive and provided proper treatment throughout my recovery. Dietician Dr. Regina also guided me with a suitable diet plan according to my therapy, and I’m happy to share that I have lost 5 kg during this time.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the treatment and the care I received from the entire team.
I was introduced to Pravaayu through my society, and it turned out to be a truly positive experience. I was dealing with cervical spondylosis, backache, left ankle pain, and arthritis. Dr. Pranali recommended 20 therapy sessions along with 8 detox sessions, and I’m very happy to say that the results have been excellent.
I’m feeling much better overall, and there has been a noticeable improvement in my condition. The doctors and staff here are extremely professional, caring, and supportive. A special thanks to my therapist, Anisha, who did a fantastic job throughout my treatment.

My mother underwent Detox Sessions and Physiotherapy session at Pravaayu.Very professional physiotherapy treatment via ayurveda. The therapist Shahana Shaikh and Seema Ahire is knowledgeable and patient. Saw noticeable improvement in my mother's condition within a few sessions. The staff is polite and the clinic maintains good hygiene. Definitely recommended for anyone looking for effective physiotherapy.
The only problem is the scheduling and waiting time even if you are on time will have to wait for therapy to start. Punctuality is something they need to work to have better customer experience.
The therapist Ms. Gulshan has been regular punctual and puts in lots of Efforts. +ve results are being felt. Hope to get still better with time and other Therapies. Dr. Swati has been very calm composed and gives ideal guidelines regularly and her explanation is simple to the point and effective. A special word for Dr. Krutika the Physio who with her regular home visits and very helpful and assists Kalpana with her exercises and Balancing problems. Pravahyu has been an ideal centre for treatments. Keep the good work going.
