The availability of regular petrol here is appalling. They only push for XP95 citing non-availability. Sharing this review after 3 attempts over multiple days.
Good petrol pump the people working there are very helpful and sweet they will assist you in what service you require, in addition to that they offer a cold drink fridge which is good especially in the summer heat.
I was here on a Saturday afternoon. The service provided is good and there were enough staffs to manage the customers.
Quality of fuel i.e XP95 available is probably better than rest of the gas stations. My car returned an average of 12.4 kmpl after refuelling from here. Driving habits was similar and the car was used mainly inside the city whereas XP95 from any other IOCL fuel station returns me an average of 10kmpl to 11kmpl on similar driving conditions.

I regularly visit this fuel station but never allowed to top up water before. On 6 January 26, he asked to top up water & i allowed him. He came telling you need to top up oil atleast 2 ltrs as the rod is indicating half of oil level. Where I had serviced my car a week before only. It's big scam playing by this guys. Please be aware of them.
Poor experience at IndianOil COCO BKC
As a long-time customer (years), I'm appalled by the service decline at this company-owned pump opposite IndianOil Bhavan. The restrooms were not up to the mark, with the gents' toilet locked and the other's light malfunctioning (flickering, potential hazard). My wife was significantly inconvenienced.
Also, waited for their staff for tire inflation service but had to do it ourselves when no one came for 10 minutes.
Disappointing experience on this occasion, especially for a company-owned pump. Only saving grace - good fuel quality and quantity.
