I had a very disappointing experience. The hotel photos and descriptions shown in the app and google did not match the actual condition of the property. The hotel was poorly maintained, lacked proper hygiene, and the overall quality was far below expectations.
Based on my experience, I would advise travelers to be very cautious before making advance payments through any traveling app. If you are traveling with family and expecting clean, comfortable, and accurately represented accommodations, I recommend considering other hotels and thoroughly checking recent reviews before booking.

1. Rooms were totally uncleand

4. They took extra charges at checkout without prior notice

Overall stay was very good. Staff is friendly. No disturbance at all. Rooms are clean and tidy. Wash room is clean. Hot water available. Overall a good stay. Best for solo traveller.
