Excellent exterior cozy spacious spotless well designed interior with excellent hospitality well appointed rooms best house keeping inspite of the number of rooms excellent bfast and dinning experience. Moreover very peacefull even with lots of events going on the event halls. Staff are courteous, very good swiming pool excellent gym and spa . Owerall excellent 👌
My first time in Mumbai, and Grand Hyatt made it absolutely unforgettable.
The property itself is stunning. The interiors are grand, the pool is gorgeous, and the breakfast buffet is one of the best I've had at any hotel. Everything about this place feels world-class, from the design to the smallest details.
What made the trip even more special was how well the staff took care of us. They went out of their way to give us amazing suggestions for the city, which made navigating Mumbai for the first time so much easier and more enjoyable. Special mentions to Nandini, Jasleen, and Faizan for their warmth, professionalism, and for going above and beyond throughout our stay.
If you're visiting Mumbai, especially for the first time, this is the place to stay. Absolutely worth it and I cannot wait to come back.

I attended a large event at this Hyatt and had a great experience. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, the service was professional, and the staff were helpful throughout the event. The food was excellent and well organized. They have a dedicated event hall that’s perfect for large gatherings, with a big screen and full sound and lighting controls, which made a big difference for the event experience. Overall, a very well-run hotel and a great venue for events.
An early check-in was accommodated for the club rooms and greatly appreciated.
Staff go above and beyond. Nothing was too much trouble.
The room was spacious and spotless. Beds were very comfortable and a lovely patio area overlooking the beautiful garden.
Breakfast was perfectly made at the club lounge. There was something for everyone with stations for items made to order. We didn't get to appreciate happy hour or the afternoon tea but there was ample food, drinks and snacks available throughout the day with comfortable seating.
Hopefully we will book for an extended period next time, but highly recommend for a high standard luxurious stay.
