Guy name was I guess Alok Yadav
He was super lazy to find a medicine in the store, and he end up saying that the pills are not available.
I asked for the substitute, which he didn’t had any interest to find out

Very poor service. They assured home delivery of the medicine, but after confirming and making me wait for 1.5 hours, they denied the delivery

Worst delivery service ever. They take at least 1 hour for a 5 min distance. Never order in case of any emergency or urgent.
They are too lazy.
I think they even lie to you that the delivery boy had left but actually they haven't.
They took 1.5 hours today to deliver the medicine after they told me that the delivery boy had left.
At least they should be honest with their delivery.
1/5 for the home delivery. 1 star for the delivery boy.
