Alhamdulillah, my mother was admitted in a critical condition at Asian Heart Hospital, but by the grace of Allah and the excellent care of the doctors and nursing staff, she is recovering well and we are happily getting discharged soon.

The doctors, nurses, and hospital staff took great care of my mother during this difficult time. My sister, who is abroad, was also regularly receiving updates from the hospital through calls, especially during the critical moments.

I recently had my ~70-year-old mother undergo bypass surgery at Asian Heart Institute, and I have mixed but mostly positive feedback.
On the clinical front, the surgery was a complete success. The surgical expertise here is truly world-class, and we felt she was in the safest possible hands. The nursing staff (Rakshita) and customer care backend team were incredibly cordial, attentive, and took great care of her during the initial stages. The assistance extended by front desk (Tushar, Saarang) were very assuring.
However, we had a poor experience during the post-surgery recovery phase. Once complexities arose that went beyond purely cardiac issues, the management and coordination seemed to falter. While it is an excellent center for heart-specific procedures, the transition to holistic post-op recovery for elderly patients needs better focus and smoother execution.
Overall, I am grateful to the doctors for her successful surgery, but I hope the hospital improves its multidisciplinary approach to recovery - where the patient & relatives suffers - health & financial wise.

We are from Raipur and traveled to Mumbai for my father’s treatment at Asian Heart Institute.

When we came to know that bypass surgery was required, we decided to trust the most experienced doctor who performs such surgeries regularly — Dr. Ramakanta Panda. His empathy and understanding of my father’s condition gave us confidence. He first advised stabilizing vitals before surgery and then successfully performed the operation.

The hospital is extremely well organized and SOP-driven. Every team — security, floor staff, doctors, surgeons, and cardiac rehab — is well trained, and the entire process from pre-operative to post-operative care was smooth.

Special thanks to Dr. Ramakanta Panda, Dr. Rishabh Kapoor, Dr sunil vanzara , Dr. Thirak Vaishnav, whole CVTS team, whole ICU team, Dr. Saumeel Methalia (for sugar control), and Dr. Swapnil pulmonologist.

Asian Heart Institute is a boon to Mumbai, Mumbai and Mumbaikars are blessed to have Doctors like Hon. Doctor. Ramakant Panda, Doctor Tilak Suvarna, Doctor Santosh kumar Dora, all of them are God sent angels. The hospital is neat clean and hygienic, the security is good, the staff is helpful and warm, Radiologist Dr. Ganesh and his staff are extremely helpful and loving. It's the best hospital in India for Cardiac Care, one should not think of any where else except Asian Heart Institute. Doctor Ramakant Panda has solution to any and every problem related to Heart.

I was fully satisfied with the Surgery, post operative care in ICU was excellent, beyond expectation. Every one, from security guard to Lift men to ward boys, nursing staff technicians and Doctors were always very polite. Skill of Doctors was top class.
Once I came back home, I requested for a Physiotherapist for home visit and Dr. Kajal was identified for me. I availed her services for over 15 days and found her to be very sincere knowledgeable and having keen interest in her work and that it should benefit me and it did.
