Good private room — clean, fridge inside, proper desk and chair, decent washroom. You can order food from their cafeteria directly to your room which works well. They have a large cafeteria and a dedicated AC workspace for ₹100 for 8 hours with fast wifi — useful if you need to get work done.
One thing to note — common areas are mostly quiet on weekdays. Saturday had some activity but other days there wasn't much happening.
Overall a reliable option if you want a comfortable private room and good work setup.
This is my second stay in Zostel in India I have earlier stayed in Bangalore Zostel.
I was looking forward for a place to crash basically and if I could catch up with fellow travelers it would be great. The first day I came in late so I pretty much slept off but 2 days I came in slightly earlier and caught up with my fellow roommate. From different parts of India. It was a wonderful exchange of our experience from 3 different age groups. The conservation lasted till 1 and it was worth it.
Regarding the place decent bed to sleep clean towels provided good Air conditioner. The bathroom was clean and loaded with shower gel and shampoo.
The place is reasonable close to airport but has few street food joints. You can have a good walk and go to get your supplies.
The team at the reception were really friendly and had a nice smile.
I would definitely recommend it to people doing solo trips and cool with meeting new people.

Had a fantastic experience at Zostel Mumbai. The team is incredibly welcoming, the hospitality is excellent, and the ambience makes the place feel lively yet comfortable. What truly makes this hostel special is the community-driven atmosphere and the energy of the space.
A special mention to Avni, the community manager, who adds a very personal touch to the entire experience. The interactions and conversations made the stay feel much more meaningful and memorable. I left with great memories and some wonderful connections.

I had a fantastic stay at Zostel Andheri. The property has such a lively, positive, and traveler-friendly vibe from the moment you walk in. The staff were super welcoming, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything — which really made the experience feel personal and comfortable.
The rooms and dorms were very clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed with good privacy and storage. Beds were comfortable and the washrooms were hygienic, which is very important for me.
