My son and brother recently underwent septoplasty under the expert care of Dr. Kaushal Sheth, and we truly cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional experience we had throughout the hospitalization.

Although my wife, son, and I reside in Worli, we chose this hospital because of the immense trust, comfort, and confidence we had in Dr. Sheth and his team — and the decision proved absolutely worthwhile. From admission to discharge, the level of care, professionalism, warmth, and compassion shown by the entire hospital staff was truly outstanding.

The nursing staff were attentive, caring, and always available whenever needed. A very special mention must go to Namrata, the floor manager, who repeatedly checked in on us with genuine warmth and concern, ensuring that both the patients and family members were comfortable at every stage. Her kindness, efficiency, and reassuring presence made what could have been a stressful experience feel far more manageable and comforting.

Most importantly, the medical care provided by Dr. Kaushal Sheth and his entire team was exceptional. Their calm and reassuring approach, expertise, and meticulous attention to detail gave us complete confidence throughout the treatment and recovery process.

We are deeply thankful to the doctor, nursing staff, management, and everyone involved for delivering such outstanding treatment with humanity, professionalism, and genuine compassion. After my dear friend Dr. Aditya Nayak diagnosed my mother’s cancer, his prompt guidance and recommendation of Dr. Nilesh Lokeshwar gave us immediate confidence. From our very first consultation, Dr. Nilesh patiently explained the entire chemotherapy protocol, the schedule, possible effects, and what to expect. His calm assurance that the treatment would be smooth and well-managed brought immense comfort to our family during a very difficult time.

A special mention to Jyoti Ma’am, the ever-smiling and extremely efficient Chemo Manager. Every appointment, every coordination, every detail was handled with precision and speed. She ensured that we never faced unnecessary delays and saved us valuable time and stress throughout the cycles.

The RMOs and nursing staff — Dr. Priyanka, Dr. Deepali, Sister Sanjana, Sister Pratiksha, and Sister Beauty — carried out their responsibilities with dedication, warmth, and compassion. Their attentiveness and gentle care made each chemo session much easier for my mother to endure.

On the last chemotherapy cycle, the team gave my mother a heartfelt and emotional farewell, wishing her a complete recovery and good health. That gesture meant more to us than words can express.

I would also like to acknowledge the hard work of the housekeeping staff — Shilpa, Sonali, and Sushil Mama — who ensured the environment remained clean, hygienic, and comfortable at all times.

My pt was bought to causality in emergency situation.. everyone took really good care and acted really fast for the patient.

Patient was initially admitted in MICU were they took excellent care of my patient.

All the doctors and nursing staff were cooperative and explaining everything in detailed about patient's condition and line of treatment.
