I’ve had a wonderful experience with Namaste yoga class. The instructors are incredibly hands-on, providing thoughtful guidance. The balance between focus and enjoyment makes every class something to look forward to. Highly recommend for anyone looking to build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness.

Aviyog is a good platform for yoga lovers, and also for beginners. I got to learn a lot here about yoga. The teachers are good and full of knowledge and also cooperative. I got to learn small things about yoga though aviyog. Over all had a great experience. Akriti sahu mam is a great teacher she is knowledgeable, patient and deeply passionate about the roots of yoga, i felt supportive throughout the sessions. I highly recommend this program to anyone looking to deepen their practice or start their teaching journey.😊 Thank you 🙏

We have attended New Age Yoga programs at the IYA event in Kaivalyadham, Lonavala. Both the programs, skit on Sakhya principles and Abhanga by Nitin Patkiji and group was phenomenal. We need such programs to reach out to the masses and spread the knowledge of Yoga. Thank you!
