Aviyog is a good platform for yoga lovers, and also for beginners. I got to learn a lot here about yoga. The teachers are good and full of knowledge and also cooperative. I got to learn small things about yoga though aviyog. Over all had a great experience. Akriti sahu mam is a great teacher she is knowledgeable, patient and deeply passionate about the roots of yoga, i felt supportive throughout the sessions. I highly recommend this program to anyone looking to deepen their practice or start their teaching journey.😊 Thank you 🙏
My experience with Aviyog has been truly enriching and fulfilling. I'm glad that I chose Aviyog to begin my Yoga journey. The members of Aviyog have been very helpful, dedicative and cooperative throughout the journey. Their flexible timings, well-structured course materials, prompt responses to queries, and the availability of recorded sessions are highly commendable. My yoga teacher, Janahvi Mam is exceptionally knowledgeable, encouraging and inspiring. Her enthusiasm, dedication, humility, and deep expertise, along with the individualized attention and guidance she offers to every student, are truly impressive. I feel blessed to have been graced by her presence. This journey has been genuinely life-changing and transformative for me. I am forever grateful to Janahvi Mam and everyone at Aviyog for making this experience so worthwhile and memorable. 💫
Dr. Janahvi is an exceptional teacher whose depth of knowledge and dedication truly show in every class. She constantly refines her skills to give her students the very best learning experience. Aviyog was recommended to me by a friend, and I honestly couldn’t be more grateful for that suggestion- the curriculum is so thoughtfully structured and beautifully put together. In such a short time, I’ve learned so much more than I ever expected. The teaching format feels perfectly balanced, making learning both effective and enjoyable. I’m truly thankful for this journey and for the guidance I’ve received here.
My experience with Aviyog Group has been excellent, whether it's about practical or theory classes, everything is being covered very perfectly and precisely. They also provide flexible timings, recorded sessions for their students. And special thanks to my teacher Dr. Janahvi Mam. Taking lessons under her guidance has been truly special from the very first day. Her way of delivering the knowledge of Yoga is excellent. The way she taught us that Yoga is not just some exercise, "it's a way of living" and it's deeper sense and aspects to life is truly admirable. Thank you Aviyog Group and Thank you Dr. Janahvi Mam🙏🏼.
