Wonderful experience at Woodstock Resort!
We recently hosted our Haldi function at Woodstock Resort, and the experience was truly delightful. The property has a beautiful ambiance, well-maintained surroundings, and a very pleasant atmosphere—perfect for family celebrations.
A special mention to the amazing team who made everything smooth and stress-free. Manager Mr. Arun, Mrs. Shraddha, Mr. Chandrakant, Ashutosh, and Ankit were extremely friendly, approachable, and always ready to help. Their cooperation, prompt support, and positive attitude really stood out and made our function memorable.
Decor team Shital Decorators and Event managment team of Mr Harsh were excellent.. exceeded our expentations.

I would like to share my experience with this property:
1.Check-In Issues: Upon arrival, only one room was available despite the booking, and the promised second room was delayed until evening.
2. Room Preparation Delays: Even after requesting an extra mattress due to room shortage, it took multiple follow-ups to receive it.
3. In-Room Amenities Missing: Basic amenities like milk and tea sachets were not provided, requiring extra reminders to the staff.
4. Restaurant Experience: The restaurant was primarily focused on a marriage buffet, causing delays and you were served cold, soggy chapatis from the buffet initially instead of fresh à la carte items.
5. Villa Cleanliness and Smell: The villa's ground floor smelled strongly of whiskey and wasn't properly cleaned, which was unpleasant for a family stay.
6. Compensation and Billing: Despite promises of compensation for the inconvenience, the final gesture was a minimal discount of just a couple of hundred rupees, which felt inadequate given the issues.
7. Food Quality: The breakfast options were poor, with undercooked items like had chole bhature and chole that weren't properly prepared.
Overall, you'd probably want to rate it quite low and mention that while it might be suited for small functions, it doesn't seem well-managed for individual guests or families. Hope these pointers help!

The property is serene, surrounded by greenery, and blissfully quiet.
I would have happily rated it 5/5, but settled for 4/5 due to repeated follow-ups needed for a weak Wi-Fi connection near Room 102 and for extra towels.
That said, food is reasonably priced and the complimentary breakfast is genuinely good.
The staff was courteous, and the reception team stood out for being professional and empathetic throughout the stay.
Overall, a peaceful getaway that just needs tighter attention to basic room services to be excellent.
