We had an appointment with Dr. Anand Ram at 3:30 PM. It is now 4:30 PM, and we are still waiting. We have repeatedly been informed that the doctor will see us “after another hour.”

While we understand that doctors can sometimes face emergencies or unexpected delays, patients’ time is also valuable. Keeping patients waiting for such long periods without a clear timeline is highly unprofessional and disrespectful.

We request better appointment management and more transparent communication regarding delays so that patients can plan their time accordingly.

We had an excellent experience at Wockhardt Hospital Mira Road. My 63 years old mother-in-law was admitted for a Total Knee Replacement (TKR) surgery under the care of Dr. Saikat Jena, and the entire treatment journey was smooth, comfortable, and reassuring.

The hospital's services are exceptionally well-organized, and the staff is courteous, supportive, and always ready to assist patients and their families. Their compassionate approach made the entire hospitalization experience stress-free.

The cleanliness and hygiene standards are excellent. The housekeeping team ensures that all areas are maintained to the highest standards, while the kitchen staff provides quality meals with care and professionalism.

One of the hospital's biggest strengths is the availability of all major diagnostic facilities, including X-ray, pathology laboratory, sonography, and CT scan services, under one roof, making the treatment process highly convenient and efficient.

A special note of appreciation to Dr. Saikat Jena and his team for their expertise, professionalism, and patient-centered care. They guided us through every step of the surgery and recovery process with clarity and confidence.

My 75-year-old mother was admitted under Dr. Aditi Agrawal for wide excision of a mole, and our entire experience from admission to discharge was absolutely excellent.
Dr. Aditi Agrawal handled the surgery with great expertise and confidence. We felt completely safe under her care. The entire process was smooth, well-coordinated, and professionally managed.
A heartfelt thanks to the Nursing head, Nurse Managers, nurses, RMOs,Relation ship managers, and registrars for their constant support, monitoring, and compassionate care. Special appreciation to the OT staff for their efficiency and coordination during the procedure.
We are also very thankful to Dr. Bavya, Dr. Mansi, and the anaesthetist Dr. Gayatri & Dr. Sohan for their excellent care. Even though my mother was not familiar with the local language, the team made every effort to communicate clearly and comfort her. They handled everything with patience, kindness, and professionalism.
Housekeeping services were prompt and maintained excellent cleanliness standards. The dietitians ensured proper nutrition and guided us well.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we truly appreciate the teamwork and dedication shown by the entire hospital staff. We highly recommend them for their outstanding care and professionalism.

We had a very good experience at Wockhardt Hospital Mira Road. The overall services are excellent and well-managed. The staff is extremely helpful, polite, and always ready to assist patients and their families.

The cleanliness and hygiene standards are well maintained and truly up to the mark. The housekeeping staff does a great job and ensures everything is clean and organized at all times. The kitchen staff is also very good — they speak very nicely and provide quality food with proper care.

One of the biggest advantages is that all major facilities like X-ray, pathology lab, sonography, pathology lab, and CT scan are available in-house, which makes everything very convenient and smooth. The doctors and medical team are experienced, supportive, and guide patients properly throughout the treatment.

Overall, it was a very satisfying experience. Highly recommended.
