Guys, really disappointed with this service. I had booked an unarmed guard for 11:00 AM, but he only arrived at 1:30 PM. I even adjusted the location for his convenience, yet he still couldn’t manage to be on time.
When he finally showed up, he didn’t appear professional or fit for the role. Communication was poor, and he didn’t have a mic or meet the basic requirements I had clearly specified.
To make matters worse, they’re not even willing to provide a refund. Very unprofessional experience overall.
