The boys at this Wellness Pharmacy are genuinely very helpful, polite, and friendly, and they deserve appreciation for how they treat customers. Unfortunately, the experience is completely ruined by the lead pharmacist lady who works there during the day.
She is extremely arrogant, rude, and always stands there with a sullen attitude, making even regular customers feel uncomfortable. I had a very bad experience with her recently while I was already unwell, and instead of helping, she kept giving me a tough time and arguing unnecessarily.
What was even more shocking was that she started questioning a medicine that was prescribed to me by my doctor, saying it was “not for this illness,” despite me showing her the prescription. She behaved as if she knew better than the doctor. A pharmacist should not act like they are the treating physician.
She even argued with me over dates and purchase records until I proved her wrong by checking the system myself. The entire interaction was frustrating, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional.
It’s sad because the rest of the staff is so good, but this one person creates the worst atmosphere in the store. I genuinely hope management takes customer complaints seriously because many people avoid the store because of her behavior.
To make matters worse, during all the unnecessary arguing and confusion she created, I believe I accidentally left my medicine at the store. Instead of helping resolve the situation properly, it genuinely felt like she took some kind of satisfaction in the whole incident. Now I am left without my medicine and at a loss because of the entire unpleasant experience she created. This is not how customers, especially sick customers, should be treated at a pharmacy.
Very humble polite and friendly staff, have been purchasing medicines since 6 plus years......highly recommended store and wish wellness best of luck...
Counter staff is always cooperative to render service with a smiley face . Costomer gets good recognition. Especially Shruti madam who is always cheerful and attentive.
I visited Wellness Forever, parel village mumbai. recently and had a good overall experience. The staff Mr Vinod were polite and helpful, and they guided me properly with the medicines. Most of the required medicines were available, and billing was smooth and transparent.
Only boast of 24 hours delivery but u ask them they won't give.
