Don't buy any product from this shop they are cheaters I brought bathroom chair worth 1400.on the other day only it's broken when I went and ask for replacement they ignored by saying company not provide warranty for the same so we can't do anything.i loss my money they not care for customer. Big cheater 😡😡😡😡😡
Very worst chemist.. if uh had come here to take medicine they will give uh faster but if uh supposed come here too return the medicine they are not ignoring I had waited here for last 2 hours but they are not responsible mee
Had a horrible experience with them. I placed the order for medicine at 10pm and they promised to deliver it within an hour, but they failed miserably couldn't deliver by next morning 10 am and when I called they put the phone aside and didn't listen to what I was saying. I ultimately had to travel 4km from my place to talk to them and instead of being sorry they had the audacity to give me attitude specially Sameer in their store. I am a slip disc patient and because of them I couldn't take my two dose. They are completely ruining the brand wellness forever.
While the online medicines market fights for every penny of business-
Here we have #parelchemist a franchise of #wellnessforever, taking unwell n sick customers for a jolly BAD RIDE-
My father orders 4 items from them at 10.50AM- the main one being Cephaxine cv- an antibiotic- and the sordid sorry saga begins-
At 2pm I call them- to be told that they have lost what had been ordered- I order again-
At 4.00pm the sad human(told now was the manager) tells me this -“ Sir the biker will reach u any minute, let me tell him to give u first”- wow shud I be grateful or what-
Then at 4.50pm my father calls again- and the same sad MANAGER tells him that they tried really hard but the main medicine is not available anywhere- but be grateful that the balance medicines have been sent-
When the delivery man shows up- he has a different tale to tell- the manager told him to deliver at 4.50pm and that is why he reached my place( on foot) in about 15 minutes.
Am still waiting for the biker.
Asked for the owners name and number- SOP- we don’t have-
Wah re india- and we say- “Jaago grahak jaago””- yaha to maar he daalengey
