Extremely disappointed with the lack of transparency. I visited this Wellness Forever branch to buy "Hairbless" medicine. Initially, when the staff thought I was paying cash, they quoted me the full MRP of ₹670 and claimed there was no discount. However, their own advertisements clearly state a 10% to 15% discount.
Interestingly, as soon as I asked to pay via QR code for an online payment, the price suddenly dropped to ₹596. This makes me feel like the staff was trying to avoid giving the discount on a cash sale. I urge management to look into this behavior, and I advise customers to double-check the price and ask for a receipt before paying cash here.

Disappointed with the service here. They have no exchange policy and don’t offer any discounts on medicines, which most pharmacies usually provide. Overall, not a good customer experience.
