Worst service ever I have order a medine which I could have got it from some other place which I ordered around 4-5pm and the employee said that it will be delivered to my place around 8-9pm... No update given and when I come to the shop to ask the attendant acts as if he doesn't care and no update was given.. I could have taken it from somewhere else

We ordered some medicine online from Wellness Forever, expecting it to arrive 1 hour at the latest, but ours arrived 3 hours later! In that first hour of waiting, the courier called twice in Hindi/Marati, so I just said "across the road from Priyadarshini Park", since I had filled out the complete address information on the online form. In the 2nd hour, customer service officer called an asked what the problem is, so I just said that 90 minutes have passed and we still haven't received our medicine, so he said he would be in touch with the delivery guy. In the 3rd hour of waiting, another customer service officer called and asked me to reconfirm our address, so I did. Exactly 1 minute before 3 hours passed since we ordered, our medicine finally came. But we noticed on the paper form that our address was written down as Andheri, which is very far from our PDP location. No wonder the delivery guy was confused; but how did this happen? Since the Wellness Forever at Nepean Sea Road closed, this branch at Pedder Road has been struggling to keep up with the needs of those who live around Priyadarshini Park. For those ready to use the Wellness Forever delivery service: 1) if the delivery guy calls, make sure he has the right address for your delivery no matter how silly your inquiry sounds, 2) make sure you speak Hindia/Marati, and 3) best to give a 3-hour delivery period.
