Very bad experience, nobody receives phone on Worli welness, I am taking countinues follow up for more than one week, visited there trice. They are not answering properly says system not working very bad experience
Today 12/02/2026 very very rude as they are doing upkar on us by giving meds also after my previous visit Very bad attendees all are busy with their work very slow service need to increase staff or costumer shld stand in a que to get the medicine very bad experience
Excellent experience! I recently purchased some items from here and I am extremely happy with the quality. The staff was very helpful and the service was quick. Highly recommended to anyone looking for great products at fair prices!"
Very very bad service, not at all reliable.
I had called to order urgent medicines, they agreed to deliver within an hour but after calling and messaging many times, realised that they haven’t even processed my order. Then they stopped receiving my calls totally, but picked up when I called from a different number.
Such lax and bad service is not expected from a good brand.
I came to wellness Worli only because I was told that the medicine will be in stock and to speak to a guy named Nitin. There was no need for him to raise his voice, I told 2-3 times to not shout and talk, all he said was “mein aise hi baat karta ho” and then the staff is telling me Nitin is not there. Do you people think I’m blind? I spoke to Nitin and then in the end when he came and said we don’t have the medicine. I carried the two important receipts but when you people don’t have any excuse as to why the medicine is not there, you people say that I’ve got coloured copy xerox. Seriously? If it was colour copy xerox then I wouldn’t have got the prescribed medicine before from your own store.
When I asked for my migraine medicine (which does not even need prescription) one of your staff, Jyoti told me that “aap sab medicine ek saath hi lelo”. I am going through terrible migraine pains and you people could not give me a medicine for migraine. I used to come to Wellness Worli only because of the medicines you people would give was not expired. This is not something I expected from Wellness Worli. You are supposed to give non prescribed medicine, still you did not. Totally disappointed by Nitin, who was talking in a loud tone and then got into an argument when I was talking to the 3 ladies standing in front of me. I really used admire the staff there but this is just horrible behaviour.
The most pathetic thing you could do to a patient is not given NON PRESCRIBED medicines. I am not setting my foot inside the store again, keep your medicines to yourself and use it for yourself. This isn’t a medical store, this is just the rudest and white lies being said to my face. I called multiple times and I was told it was there, you people are not even aware of your own store.
Instead of putting blames on me by saying colour copy xerox when you people don’t have anything to defend yourself to. Horrible treatment.
Horrible to see that many people have been given this treatment. You guys should add bonus points for yourself for being so rude and disrespectful.
Never going to step into this store, no matter what the emergency is, because you people could not give me my migraine medicine (which does not even require a prescription). If something does happen to my health, you people are accountable for not giving a patient their non-prescribed medicine. Forget prescribed, even non prescribed medicine wasn’t given to me. Jyoti from the store made me wait for 15 mins and in the end told me “aap ek saath hi lelo”. I explained to her that I have severe migraine and I need the medicine but I wasn’t refused. The audacity of Nitin to talk in a rude manner is beyond disrespectful. I am not surprised seeing the reviews of the store now.
