We booked the Room and l said il be reaching late and check out early as well … They said ok will charge you as per that Hrs. So while checking out early the staff started asking for full amount to be paid while they agreed on the call different .. Please be careful with this stay .. They will allow late checkin and ask you for full amount as well.. It’s unsafe
Situated in prime locality of Byculla East opposite landmark " Heritage Hotel". Dormitory bunks in A/ C room are available at Rs 500/ Dayv and self contained room at Rs 2500/ Day.
Worst place u can ever be.. pls avoid.. 1.they don't turn off light..
2. Charging points don't work
3. Very Rude old manager
4. Other staff are also very egoistic
5. They don't provide soaps
6. They don't provide towel
7. Congested washrooms and unhygienic
Pls don't go here if u want rest and peaceful sleep
I booked the dormitory and had a very comfortable stay. The location is close to the city, and the affordable rates make it even better. They provide 2-wheeler parking and secure locker facilities, which added to the safety and convenience. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcome throughout. Overall, a great experience which definitely deserves of 5 stars!

The proximity of all the beds in the 18-bed dormitory led to numerous sounds of snoring all night, and some people were having phone calls in their bed until 1am. Feel like a phone call space and a reminder to all guests not to be loud in a dorm could be done.
The beds are only 1m80 long, not good for slightly taller guests.
