Damaged my clothes, the kurta shrinked, colour faded and the lining came out. Two such heavy sherwanis were spoilt. Misplaced the brooch, pocket square. They charge premium but quality is compromised
Outstanding service! My clothes came back perfectly clean, fresh, and neatly packed. The pickup and delivery were smooth and right on time. The staff is polite, responsive, and truly cares about customer satisfaction. Highly recommend this laundry service for anyone looking for quality and convenience!
Very bad experience. Poor quality customer service. Had given the curtains for dry clean. Were ready but they were not ready to deliver. Every time I called they told will deliver tomorrow. When the delivery date came, the executive called at 10:30 asking if someone was available at home as he was coming to deliver. However, he came at 3:30 p.m., i.e., after 5 hours. By then I had o keep calling every hour to take update since I had to leave for office. Does not value customer's time.
Stay away from this place! Their service is absolutely atrocious. Not only do they damage your clothes, but they also lack the basic courtesy to admit their mistakes or even inform you about it. Save yourself the trouble and find a better alternative.
Used their service for the first time. My friend recommended it and now they are my favourite too. Just look at the before & after photos. Although my shoes were not that dirty but after we cleaned they are as good as new.
