My interaction with one of the male sales executives was not good. Went over here to buy a formal pair of shoes and while trying I informed them, the fit is not good.
But the guy has the audacity to tell me to get a different pair of socks instead of complaining about the fit of the shoes. Can't understand where they get such an attitude.
P. S the store has a decent collection - but mainly inclined to women shoes, sandals and home slippers. For men it's just formal pairs. For sports shoes, etc I would go elsewhere.
I used to be walkway’s regular customer. I also recommended this particular outlet to my colleagues and friends. Until a couple of weeks back I took my mum there to buy a pair of shoe. The salesperson at the store used some weird language. Really no sense of talking to customers. I’m never going back to walkway nor any other outlet of walkway. They need to train their staff well.

Very bad, pathetic & soul was removed in 01 month, second time it had happened to me. Quality is very bad...... Why it is like this
Very nice place if you are a footwear lover.. the best part is they have got footwears from 299 to max around 1399 so your shoe shopping won't hit your pocket much.. ladies it's a must visit if you are in crowford market area the collection is also very nice you will definitely end up buying couple of pairs for sure..
