VLCC BEAUTY CLINIC ( Worli, Mumbai )

I opted for a full body laser hair removal package at VLCC Worli, which included 6 sessions. I was able to complete only 3 sessions (excluding face and back, as the staff advised against treating those areas due to acne concerns that could potentially flare up).

Each of these sessions lasted barely 45 minutes — and that time included shaving as well. Unfortunately, even after completing 3 sessions, I have seen absolutely no difference in hair growth. There hasn’t been even a slight reduction, which is extremely disappointing considering the expectations set for laser treatments.

Due to work, I got posted to Delhi and requested the Worli center to transfer my remaining sessions to a nearby VLCC branch there. The staff initially agreed and asked me to send an email request. However, it has now been over 3 months, and despite sending at least 5 emails (if not more), along with repeated calls and messages, I have received no concrete response.

Every time I follow up, I’m told that my request is “being processed,” but there has been no progress whatsoever. My money is now stuck, and the staff seems increasingly unresponsive and reluctant to assist.

Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience — both in terms of service quality and customer support. I would not recommend opting for such treatments here unless there is better accountability and follow-through.

I have mailed to vlcc we care id as well but haven’t gotten any response yet!

Excellent relaxing service by Siddhi. Great deal, but finding the place despite using google map was a nightmare! Parking is actually opposite “Kalpataru One” and not as per the address mentioned by them. But the service compensated for all this. Really good!
Thank you Siddhi for the efficient service & Dr Ketaki for the detailed skin assessment.

Got my hair color highlights done and absolutely loved the result. Iris did an amazing job with the highlights—very precise and natural-looking. Farha was also very helpful and supportive in decision making. Great experience overall! 💇‍♀️✨

extremely unsatisfactory experience I have had with your center. I had paid for services that were clearly explained and promised to me at the time of purchase. However, despite taking full payment upfront, VLCC has failed to provide the services as committed.

Since the time of payment, the services have been intentionally/knowingly delayed, and your staff has repeatedly misguided me and not provided accurate or complete information about the treatments. The services that were promised at the time of purchase are not being delivered, and the overall quality and transparency do not match the pricing, especially when compared to other clinics offering similar services at more reasonable rates.

Additionally, I have not received the bill/receipt for my payment.
I kindly request you to please look into this matter and arrange the services exactly as committed or issue a full refund. I would really appreciate your support in resolving this at the earliest.

Please be honest with your customers about services which you're promised about pricing & time period.
