It's my first experience with Vision express and was good. The assistance was provided by Jayesh, he is a happy and cheerful person answering all queries with patience and helps you with exactly what you need. The delivery was on time too. All in all great place.
Mr Jayesh, very knowledgeable person and and very helpful. Through out the process of eye test, he explained everything in every step and also recommended good pair of glasses. I have purchased multiple spectacles from this shop since 2018, but I have never found the perfect size. Also, the frames I bought are not of good quality. The frame color fades and sticks to the lenses, and it does not come off easily. Overall, it has been a really bad experience. They don’t have frame sizes at all any time in the year
Nishant at the Mumbai Central branch was absolutely fabulous with the job. I had broken my specs way beyond repair. I did not expect anything out of them and came here to buy a new pair but he said that he'll fix it.
And fix he did. Fab job. Thanks Nishant!
