Staff needs to have some manners and boss too. Its over priced and offers shown on Instagram doesnot match the store itself. Most of the time sizes are not available
Collection is best and trendy ... the design are way too amazing!! I was impressed with their incredible collection and even they had a diverse range of all sizes available!! So happyyy 🫡😄
I was thoroughly impressed with their incredible collection, which boasts a diverse range of plus-size options. What truly made the experience stand out, however, was the exceptional customer service. The staff were incredibly friendly, patient, and took the time to showcase their entire collection with utmost care.
The collection is very nice...n they cater to all sizes....have been a regular here since 4 to 5 years...recommend this place for sure....
Poor customer service and rude staff.
There prices are very high. I ordered two tops online from them they charged me 1499/- for one top and other was of 1999/- and shipping 150/-.
When I received the parcel, price tag was not there and size was small where as I ordered medium size. When I asked for exchange they were not replying initially and replied next day.
Anyhow after so much pleasing they agreed for exchange. Instead of courier I went to there shop in Mumbai after 2 days (luckily already planned trip). They were not showing me stuff properly and I saw the top which I purchased at 1499/- online they were selling at 1299/- and 1999/- top at 1799/-, that's why price tags were missing.
Poor customer service and rude staff.
